Owl tote

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik een tasje zien dat ik heb gehaakt. Dit is de Owl tote van de Pretty crochet shop. Het tasje is gehaakt met het Drops Paris katoen garen. Ik ben gek op de combinatie van groen met roze en dus heb ik die kleurtjes uitgekozen. Volgens de beschrijving heb ik de vleugeltjes alleen aan de bovenkant vastgemaakt, maar ik denk dat ze aan de onderkant ook nog ga vastmaken, omdat dat volgens mij er beter uit ziet. 

Goodmorning, today I am showing you a little bag that I have crocheted. This is the Owl tote from the  Pretty crochet shop. I used Drops Paris cotton to crochet the bag. I really love the combination of green and pink, so I have chosen those colors to make the bag. I followed the instruction and attached the wings only at the top of them, but I think I am going to attach the bottom of the wings also onto the bag, because I think it will look better that way

Fat face monkey

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik een aapje zien die ik heb gehaakt. Dit aapje is de Fat face monkey van Fatfaceandme. Ik was vorig jaar al begonnen met haken en nu heb ik hem eindelijk afgemaakt. Ik vond hem ineens niet meer zo leuk tijdens het haken, maar nu hij af is, vind ik hem toch erg leuk geworden. ;) Het aapje is gehaakt met Drops Paris garen in de kleuren 07 Heidekruid en 17 Naturel.

Goodmorning, today I am showing you a monkey that I have crocheted. This is the Fat face monkey from Fatfaceandme. I started working on it last year and now I finally finished this monkey. While I was crocheting I didn't like him very much, but now I think he is really cute. ;) The monkey is crocheted with yarn from Drops paris. I used the colors 07 Heather and 17 Off-white.

Katten boekenleggers

Goedemorgen, deze week laat ik 2 boekenleggers zien die ik heb gehaakt. Het patroontje is van Svetlana Zabelina van Little Owl's hut en dit is de Cat baton bookmark. Het is een eenvoudig patroontje en zelfs ik als niet te snelle haakster was zo klaar. ;) Ik vond de kat zo leuk dat ik meteen een tweede boekenlegger heb gemaakt. De boekenleggers zijn gemaakt met cotton 8 katoen van Scheepjeswol.  

Goodmorning, this week I am showing you 2 bookmarks that I have crocheted. The pattern is from Svetlana Zabelina from Little Owl's hut and this is the Cat baton bookmark. It is a really easy pattern and I was able to make the bookmark in a short amount of time. :)I really loved this cat, so I decided to make another one. I made the bookmarks from Cotton 8 yarn from Scheepjeswol.

Voor de oogjes en de neus heb ik hotfix steentjes gebruikt, die je met een hotfix tag zo vastplakt bovenop je haakwerkje. Voor de snorharen heb ik zwart borduurgaren gebruikt.

For the eyes and nose I used black hotfix gems. You glue them with a hotfix tool on top of your bookmark. I used black embroidery thread for the whiskers.

Knuffeldoekje

Hallo, vandaag wil ik een knuffeldoekje laten zien dat ik heb gehaakt. Ik heb hiervoor een patroon van het blog Lotte haakt gevolgd: Knuffeldoekje. Het is een makkelijk patroontje en het knuffeldoekje was dan ook al snel klaar. :)

Market tote for kids

Goedemorgen, dat is weer een tijd geleden sinds mijn laatste post. Door omstandigheden in mijn privé leven was even alle zin in het creatief bezig zijn weg. Nu ben ik toch weer een beetje aan het haken, omdat dit toch wel voor een beetje afleiding zorgt en dat is erg fijn nu. 

Een hele tijd geleden heb ik het pakket voor de rippledeken van Lucy van Attic 24 bij echtstudio gekocht. In het pakket zitten 18 bollen Stylecraft DK garen. Ik heb toen gewoon het pakket gewoon gekocht zonder de kleuren aan te passen. Toen ik het pakket kreeg vond ik de kleur spring green echt niet mooi passen bij de rest, dus daar heb ik toen zelf een ander kleurtje voor gekozen. De bol spring green bleef dus liggen en toen ik hem laatst tegenkwam tijdens een grote opruimbui, wilde ik hem eerst eigenlijk weggeven. Maar dat vond ik toch wel zonde en dus besloot ik om een simpel projectje te maken met het garen. Ik kwam deze market tote for kids tegen op internet en dat leek me een leuk een eenvoudig projectje en dat was het ook. Ik heb het patroontje uiteindelijk nog wel een beetje aangepast omdat ik dat wat mooier vond. Ik heb de bovenrand met vasten gedaan in plaats van stokjes en het hengsel heb ik ook met vasten gedaan in plaats van stokjes.

Goodmorning, it has been a while since my last post. Some things happened in my private life and I didn't had the energy to craft at all. I did get back to crocheting to take my mind off things that are happening and that is a good thing.

A while ago I bought a package of Stylecraft DK yarn for the ripple blanket from Lucy from Attic 24 at a Dutch store: Echtstudio. I didn't change the colors that were in the package. When I got the set I really didn't like the color Spring green that was in the set, so I decided to use another color for the ripple blanket. While doing my spring clean up I found the Spring green yarn again and at first I wanted to give the yarn away. But I decided to keep the yarn and use it for a simple project. I found the pattern for this market tote for kids on the internet and I thought it was a perfect simple project. I did make some changes to the pattern, because I liked it more that way. I finished the last rounds of the tote with single crochets instead of double crochets. The handle was also made with single crochets instead of double crochets.

Ik heb nog 2 kleine bloemetjes gehaakt en daarop een witte knoop vastgenaaid om de hengsels vand e tas te versieren.

I crocheted 2 little flowers and stitched white buttons on top of it to decorate the handles of the bag.
